I worked at a professional sports and wellness centre in Canada, before becoming disillusioned with the "body mainly" approach to wellness that the centre took.

Mind 

Your mind can make you or break you, I have seen many people taken down by limiting beliefs or blind spots.

Soul

I have a history degree in western history - I wanted to know why the world around me was the way it was. I have completed an Energy Healer Certification and love exploring feminine spirituality.
